Hello, I am in Md near Frederick and was looking for a outdoor range to take out my new SCAR 17S and FNAR would like at least 500 - 600 yrds. Is 340 the closets place? If not anyone have any info for me close to Mt Airy / Frederick area.

340 has 440yd at the longest. They ask you to shoot a 1min group at 100yd first before using the 440 range fyi.

15 minutes west of I-81 at the Inwood, WV exit above Winchester and below Martinsburg. $15/day to use their 50 - 250 yd range. $200/yr membership to use all their ranges including 600-1000yd. they do host a ton of competitions so there will be days you cannot use some of the ranges.
