3-22 Carry Introduced for 2016 Legislative Session!

Thank god. How will this affect carrying during hunting, if the jacket or vest partially covers the sidearm, by accident (movement, walking, etc...)?

They addressed concealed carry while hunting last year. It is allowed.

This is not code, so I don't know how that reads. But reading this makes me wonder if they'll need to revisit this again to revise so that it is in line with Constitutional Carry.
