Looking for a good. 22 pistol suppressor host. I have big hands though so most of them feel tiny, but don't really want a full size one either. Any suggestions on something in the middle?

I actually prefer the older Smith & Wesson 422, 622, or 2206 models. Barrels are already threaded, you just need to buy a $30 adapter. They look like this....

I just got a Walther PPQ because I have big hands also. Everything I tried I felt it was too small in my hands. Walther has a threaded barrel version( I got the 5") for suppressor's. Here's a pic of mine in its case.

I would go with a Ruger 22/45 Lite! Nice weight and already threaded. I use mine with my Sparrow and Axioum 22lr cans and it works great.

When you add a suppressor onto the 22/45 lite, its not so lite anymore, however, it still helps to compensate for the suppressor.
Gotta love that its already threaded.

2 things I don't like about my wife's 22/45 over my buck mark though
Cleaning the 22/45 is more tricky (gotta watch a video each time)
one of her 22/45 mags does not work very well and not so with my buckmark mags.
Buckmark to me is a better gun but my buckmark is not threaded :P

Either the Buckmark or the 22/45, but you want the micro barrel versions like the 4" Buckmark Micro. With that small a barrel even hot .22LR ammo is subsonic. Plus it balances better on the shorter barrel. Many can shooters on RFC swear by the shorty barrel guns.

Just get a Tac Sol upper for it and you'll be happy.

Suppressor does not add that much weight to the 22/45 light. It does help with the recoil (what little there is).

I have the Walther P22 and the S&W .22 compact, both with threaded barrels. I like both, but the Walther fits better in my hand and seems to balance out a little better. Both of them eat anything I feed them.
