Nice pics throughout the thread. Here's my contribution. Work in progress but useable in current configuration.

I originally posted pics in another thread but will put them here. I think this is gonna be my deer rifle this fall if I can get a sling worked out.
You have a DD stock with a rear sling mount, just add a keymod QD sling mount to the rail and viola... slinged... or slung... or slunged... :party29:

Best investment I've made for my guns. The 308 runs surprisingly quiter than I expected too.
It's on my list... I just need to pony up the $$ for a stamp and make one. I have stamps for 2 rimfire suppressors that I am about to make, but I have a couple 308's, a 7.62x39 and a 300AAC that would love to share a can... after I wait about another year for the stamp to come back.. lol

This little guy started life as a simple R-25 (gen 1 DPMS). A serious tack driver and loads of fun to shoot.

My 6.5 2.0. put my baby on a diet, gone is the HEAVY (4.74lb)Ballistic Advantage 22" barrel in is a Christensen Arms 20" Carbon Fiber barrel. Out is the PRS stock in is the Luth AR MB1. I swear this thing weights half as much as it did. Will find out how well she shoots tomorrow.

What brake are you using? Other than weight, how do you like the Luth compared to the Magpul?

Looking at some of these makes me regret getting a Sig 716 due to the heavy mofo it is and lack of aftermarket parts to put it on a diet, but every time it goes pew-pew I'm ok with the weight and look forward to fattening it up with the suppressor, it if ever gets out of NFA prison.

I feel the similar as I wish it would have a 18" barrel.

The fit in finish though is much better than nearly all other 308 ARs I've seen or owned. It is also a pretty soft shooter...

Agreed. It also eats anything I've ever fed it, with the exception of 1 type of ammo. But think that was because it was originally belt linked 7.62 and it was meant to go through high speed cycling not taken apart and used 1 at a time.

I've had people shoot it and say it kicks as much or less than their Ar15. That's only on a couple shots though. I've put 100 down range in a session and had to put it away because my should was screaming for mercy.
