Hey guys and girls! do you want to be a part of a major change in my adult life?
For years and years and years my screenname on everything has been futureseabe or futurecb. this expressed my desire to enlist in the navy and become a "seabee" or part of the navy's construction battalion.
Now I am enlisted in the navy but not as a CB. apparently there are a lot of those in the navy right now. and the odds that i will be promoted with some sort of speed are not very high. so I decided i would try my hand at the CT rate. so right now I am on track to be a CT (cryptologic technician)
so help me out MDS. what should my new name be

My cousin is a Master Cheif Ct now retired. She advanced fast and loved the job so much she is now a contractor doing the same job for a whole lot more money.

I will ask her for some suggestions. Oh and since I know she will ask, did you get everything in writing? Make them put everything they promise in writing.
