.MD application mailed 10/27/15; permit denied 10/26/16
But TX requires a trip to TX to get the required training.
NH does not.
So if you factor in a discrete plane trip to TX, hotel and training plus prints and pic , NH is a real bargain IMO.
Just FYI,
Annapolis Police just did rolled ink prints for my FLA renewal. $20, Monday 6:30pm to 8:00pm if memory serves.
.
Yes, if you have to go specifically for that.
As of now I don't really need a NH license.
Well since PA stopped honoring UT, FL and VA NR permits, the only other NR permits PA accepts iare NH or TX. I'm not making a separate trip to TX with all the accompanying expenses when I can get a NH NR permit for 100 bucks.
Most MDS members won't either.
that's my point
I have TX and I can carry in PA. Renewal is $70 which is cheaper than $100 for NH and lasts 5 years. I often go to CT so I need that too. Florida is where mom lives and I go there so I may as well keep it. Utah and Maine are cheap to renew too. Hmm.
no one said you did. but the NH permit is far cheaper for MD residents left high and dry by PA AG Kane cancelling the agreements with states that MD residents had used to carry in PA.
