New registrations

Good Evening, I have a friend that is trying to sign up here. He was having computer difficulties and got an error 403 message. This is the message he sent me via a boating forum we frequent:

Chris somehow when I was registering for the MD shooters my computer froze and when I got it working and tryed to log in I was denied access with a 403 code.Is there anyway I can get in touch with them and get this straighten out?

click on the little exclamation point on the lower left of your post. you can then write a message to an admin here.

To Norton, DD214, Joppa, and all of the other admins/mods/demi-mods... thanks for all you do keeping this forum going. We probably don't say it enough, but I think I speak for the entire community when I say that we REALLY APPRECIATE all your efforts. This is an incredible forum and it would come rapidly crashing down without your collective efforts.

It happens with some people, some of the time, and then it goes away. No real explanation that weve been able to find.
