    This "Wisconsin" you speak of, I can only assume that it's in America.

    It's in the newly recovered (formerly communist) territory of "new America" also known as Scott-Walker-istan to the Madison demoncrats.

    Fyi- the dems and dem supporters spent hundreds of millions in 3 failed attemps in 4 years to return this fine land to socialist control. Ha! Back to pits of h--l demons!

    Did I mention to LEGALLY buy a pistol, rifle even evil black ones from an individual all you need is money. Swap Benjamin's for steel, shake hands, turn and walk away. Done.

    There is a kind of catch 22 in the MD carry permit renewal process. When you submit your renewal application, if you already have a HQL, the training is waived. If you have a MD carry permit, the HQL process is free and all you do is fill out the application on line and it is sent to you. So basically apply for your HQL before your MD Carry Permit expires and then apply for your renewal.

    I'm sooo happy to be in wisconsin! $12 renewal every 5 years, no photo, no prints, no additional training.

    I really feel for you guys with all the BS they make you wade through. Keep up pressure on the pols to regain your rights.

    I won't even tell you guys about a friend that had his CC in hand 5 days after mailing the application in. That would be too mean ;). Especially after they LOWERED the initial fee to $40.

    :lol2: whatta dick! enjoy your freedoms!

    You are correct that the HQL process is free and very easy if you already have a carry permit, but when applying for renewal of your carry permit the 8 hour training is not waived if you already have an HQL.

    Brian Fletcher at FreeState is very good for the training IMO.

    Brian is a great instructor and we have other highly qualified insturctors. FreeState gives the Noobie (two days) and renewal (one day) every third weekend of each month and the fingerprint guy is always there on Sunday for the class.

    As judges, states attorneys and liberal politicians are now learning, much to their dismay.

    Perhaps a good solution is to let these clowns know you have no open slots available in your classes.

    H3ll I'd be willing to pay for a slot if you send me your refusal to serve a legislator who voted for SB281/FSA2013. :D

    I would refuse them too, except that;

    1. There are instructors that would not turn down the opportunity to make any dollar.
    2. Spending a [few] hours with them is a great opportunity to guide them to their own new truth.
