Sites example of Virginia, where legislature was bullied. I think he said anti gun, but meant pro gun.

Translation: The leftists didn't get their way.

At least he stopped short of calling them white supremacists.

Liz talking about being limited because of preemption. Can somebody explain what she is talking about?

Lizzie talking about wanted to get law enforcement involved.

Also talking about protective orders and if they work.

Now talking about what happens when a prohibited person tries to buy a gun. Then, what is done when that person is denied. Colt (AA DA) days MSP is enforcer of prohibited person prosecutions. Colt dodged that one.

Liz says other charter counties have storage requirements and gun crime registries.

Atty says some Montgomery County laws are unenforceable. Preempted.

Liz also mentioned gun companies not doing their part to prevent the sale of illegal firearms. Please do explain this one.

The County is considering joining some group, at $10k per year, to lobby gun companies to monitor where their guns are sold and to develop "safe" technologies.

The County Executive wants a recommendation from the rubber stamp Task Force.

    That’s absolutely retarded.
