I would love to know numbers on 80% and P80... but that would defeat their purpose then wouldn’t it? ‘Murica

How many can you carry or run with?

Just a couple. Of course, my guns bring me great joy and that's priceless.

It's nice to have options. Will the folks coming to threaten my home be getting 55 grains at 3200 FPS from the AR, 200 grains at 3000 FPS from the .300 H&H mag, or .500 grains at 2100 FPS from the .458 Win Mag in their noggin?

I'd imagine that .500 grain projectile would make an amazing work of abstract art.

Does that come with free shoulder reconstruction?

That comes with the .577 Tyrannosaur!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EVqT3XEzss
The cartridge is designed for use as "stopping rifles" intended to stop the charge of dangerous game. The 577 contains a .585-inch (14.9 mm) diameter 750-grain (49 g) Monolithic Solid Projectile which when fired moves at 2,460 ft/s (750 m/s) producing 10,180 foot-pounds force (13,800 J) of muzzle energy.

Once in a while I buy a copy of The Double Gun Journal, which is the double gun porn publication of record. It’s like visiting another planet where shooting is just different, in every way.

Yeah. It’s an amazing journal. The problem is finding one I can actually afford. Still love looking.

    It’s covered under Obamacare.

Those old double guns are sexy as hell.

Big cartridges aren't limited to double guns. There's always the old school lever-action Martini-Henry in 577/450 (rightmost cartridge), designed when infantry had to stop charging horse cavalry:

They worked just fine at Rorke's Drift when outnumbered 25:1...

Star Wars comic book? Is it ethical to hunt over bait?

    (what else ya got?)

    LOL.

I got all kinds of stuff in my gear room. My son’s middle name (on the birth certificate) is Chewbacca. I also have about 95% of what U2 has put out.

It's not just guns being sold at a record rate. They are also being built at a record pace. Go try to buy a barrel, an upper, a lower, a parts kit ETC or anything 80%....I think it's safe to say as many are being built as are being sold...maybe more.

Ya I’ve built almost as many as I’ve bought
