One of the unusual (and in this case, almost unknown) American historical events was shared by 2A Rally speaker Kevin Dixie (NOC Firearms Training) of St.Louis.

Kevin related the story of the Tulsa, OK Race Riot of 1921, viewed from the African-American perspective, of the ongoing importance of never losing the right of lawful self-defense and the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Speaking of history, these two made history INSIDE the US Capitol on September 25, 2019 when they both testified during a Congressional hearing, both saying, “WE WILL NOT COMPLY with your gun Federal bans.”

Jeff Hulbert of PATRIOT PICKET stood up in the hearing to speak for millions of American rifle owners when he delivered his unauthorized Congressional hearing “testimony” asserting “WE WILL NOT COMPLY.”

Then Dianna Muller (DC PROJECT) an invited Pro-2A hearing witness, then stood up for Jeff, and all of us, shortly after Jeff’s ejection from the hearing to assert that she wouldn’t comply with their gun bans either.

Jeff, who was heading up the 2A Rally security yesterday, reunited with Dianna (a featured speaker at the Rally) for the first time since that news-making day:

PATRIOT PICKET was invited by the Rally organizers to provide security and overwatch for the Rally, taking visible positions in labeled vests in the front of the stage, as well as managing the “backstage” area to provide a less hectic area for the Rally speakers to assemble and prepare before they took the stage.

It was a very long day but the PP volunteers taking up their positions never wavered.

Except for a brief kerfluffle with two whiny SJW’s at the very back of the event area far from the stage, the entire event was was peaceful, relaxed and friendly

Other PP tactical bros took up positions ringing the sides and rear of backstage area to prevent it from becoming crowded; they often served double-duty as flag-bearers to mark the boundary.

The flags also provided the stage view with more flapping flags in the background.

Since Jeff was wearing two hats at the Rally (more on this later) Stoveman directly supervised all the tactical bros, who were all connected by radio.

One of the many welcome aspects of the Rally is that the featured speakers often left the backstage area to meet and mingle with fans, visit with old friends, make new friends, pose for pictures, and discuss the favorite topic of the day.

I grabbed these pics in or near the backstage area, but many conversations occurred outside of it.

Another reunion of 2A warriors: both recognized and remembered each other as fellow witnesses testifying together in 2019 Annapolis against the stupid AR-15 ban bill.

DC-W also testified against the homemade (“ghost gun ban”) firearms bill.
