Initial Utah permit took about 5 weeks.
1st renewal through the mail was 3 1/2 weeks.
2nd renewal online was 10 days till it was in my mailbox.
Just did 3rd renewal online, 2 1/2 weeks to receive. Thought it might be longer due to Covid.
Still not as quick as PA resident LTCF. Renewing 2 weeks ago, I checked my parking receipt, in and out in 15 minutes. Last time renewing it was 12 minutes from exiting the truck, to driving away. With parking a block away.
