Recent acquisition, an older 870 Wingmaster. I believe this is a 1984 produced gun, at least as far as the code on the barrel is concerned.
Debating on adding a +2 extension or leaving it as it is. I do really like how light and easy it points, at least compared to my 930 SPX and 1887.

Gorgeous Wingmaster! Looking for a decent host Wingmaster to go through and refinish, though if I find one in good shape it might get acquired as well. Any information on the furniture on it? Is it Remington OEM or any signs of it just being a nice classic aftermarket set?

You know, I'm honestly not quite sure. I've done a bit of research to try and find a set online that matches, but I can't seem to find one that has the same pattern as the furniture on mine. It might be aftermarket, but I kind of doubt it since it's press checkered rather than cut.

Either way, it's staying on the gun for sure. Maybe I'll see if Remington can look up the S/N for me.

I think my next shotgun purchase is going to be a 590A1, one of the 9-shot ones with the ghost ring sights and bayonet lug. That's what I think of when I think "shotgun".
I wish I could find a Saiga 12 to convert. the Vepr too many rails on an Eastern Bloc style gun for my taste.

Nothing fancy but I got a cantilever slug barrel with optic for an old Moss 500 I have. If I ever go deer hunting I now have something to use, lol

Just a standard Mossberg 500 with 28" barrel and the FDE Magpul furniture. It was the combo so I have a nice 18" barrel too. My brother shot it when it had wood on it and loved it so I'm in the market for a cheap Mossberg now so I can put the wood on it and gift it to him.

I am not really a shotgun guy. I did manage to pull a couple out of the back of my safe.

I liked my Caesar Guerini Summit Sporting 20 gauge / 32" I decided to get the same gun in 12 gauge. Turns out I prefer my Beretta in 12 so this one went on to a new home, but as long as I have pics...

Sometimes, porn is not pretty. This is my 1970 Wingmaster in the midst of becoming a more HD friendly shotgun.

I managed to get the magazine extension before my funds crapped out in favor of more important things (food, bills, rent....)

I'm going to have the barrel cut and I need a replacement stock and forend. It'll come in time. Then, the duracoat aerosol for the finish .Until then, I have an eight round, ugly shotgun.
