Anyone who is going to testify try to work in how many shootings happen in gun free zones.
If guns were the problem, every gun show would be a blood bath, instead massacres happen most frequently in gun free zones, like Virginia Tech for example.

Legislator talking about people prohibited by law. Legislator asking Shannon whether she agrees with the list. Wants to know if turned down by gun store, then turned down will go bbuy from non-licensed sellers. NRA says criminals are stealing them. Criminals don't care.
