    Monday Night UPDATE:

There is a large Teachers rally tomorrow night (Monday night) that ends at 8pm.

If you want to time your arrival to find parking in the 8:00 -8:15pm window that would work fine.

Also, make use of the parking along the Naval Academy wall on King George Street. The walk to the Statehouse is pretty much the same as the walk from the Calvert garage.

Anyone with a “We Will Not Comply” shirt who can make it to the Statehouse by 9pm will add to our impact, so please, join this action!

That's my normal parking spot for these events. Even if you're way out near the College Creek bridge, it's an easy walk to the State House by cutting diagonally across the St. Johns campus back to Bladen St. If you're coming from Rt450 and the Naval Academy bridge, it's even easier. As you drive down King George St, and enter the St. Johns campus, just look for the first available parking spot. Most of them are 9 hr parking areas until you get down close to City Dock.

Why not take a big PP banner and head to the front of the teachers march for the photo op. I’m sure the 1st amendment people will stick up for our rights.

Actually we are doing just this for a small group of us who have decided to get to Annapolis way early to grab parking.

For the 1st Amendment March, look for me carrying the extended flag pole with the American flag and the MD flag along others in our group carrying out PP banner and with a Gadsden Banner.

For everyone else coming LATER dressed in their “We Will Not Comply” shirts, and ready to gather in the Statehouse AFTER 8pm, we welcome LATECOMERS who want to ease into Annapolis after 8pm because our gathering in the Statehouse will continue to at least 9pm and possibly a little later .

We are prepping handouts to give to legislators in the Statehouse lobby after they exit their session.

For those who want to try getting to the Calvert Garage rather than parking at the Naval Academy Stadium on Taylor Street, please use the guidance below:

Two ways to get to the Calvert Street Garage:

From the Eastern Shore or Bay Ridge area proceed on Route 50, exit onto Route 450 SOUTH taking you across the Academy Bridge. Take the first left on King George Street, then down to your first traffic light at College Ave. Right on College Ave to your first right onto St. John's Street. Then 4 blocks down to the Calvert Garage entrance on your left.

From areas west of Annapolis, Exit Rowe Boulevard "to Annapolis", then all the way down to a left on Taylor Street (before the Rowe Blvd Bridge). Follow Taylor 2 blocks up to the T intersection, then right turn on Rt. 450 down to the next right turn on King George Street (where the Academy Wall is running on your left), then down to College Ave. Take a right on College Ave and go down the first right on St. John's Street and follow that down 4 blocks to the Calvert Garage Entrance on your left.

After we make our presence known by taking up a bunch of seats in the gallery between 8pm and 9pm, we are moving our "We Will Not Comply" Brigade down to the main floor to create a WWNC GAUNTLET for the legislators as they exit their House and Senate Chambers in the Statehouse.

    AWKWARD!

Do you expect the MSP or Capitol Police to try to create a designated "free speech zone" where you may congregate freely (at the other end of the building) ?

This was actually done back in 2013, one Saturday morning session we formed the gauntlet to greet the legiscritters on their way in. As long as we kept a large "passageway" from the front door to each chamber open for their access, we were allowed. I think Del. Dwyer might have greased those skids a little, we shall see what happens tonight.

Disinformation is sometimes necessary in an INFOWAR OP. Even if the disinformation turns out to be disinformation in the end. The adversary has to commit resources, and potentially look like fools if they're wrong.

FYI - I just had an event for this evening rescheduled b/c the "teachers" are apparently expected to number in the 7,500 range.

Also - it looks like Rowe is going to be closed for the "march" and West St. will be the only ingress/egress from that side of the city. I'm sure you'll still be able to get in/out through Eastport.

    God bless, guys.

Since the teachers are being bussed in, I’m hoping for plenty of parking at the Calvert garage, following Rack’s directions above, after 6:00.
