The law says that the Board reviews de novo and can reverse or modify MSP.

Where is this guy getting this stuff?

This particular notion is maddening. Has anyone asked the board if they consider previous boards to have been somehow violating that same oath when granting applicants relief from the capricious legal jeopardy introduced by such restrictions? The HPRB has indeed backed up the MSP’s decisions and has also modified them AS THE LAW ALLOWS. Someone needs to respond to that oath notion with a question about the previous board’s thoughtful actions. Specifically.

Some confusing issues about the private detective application.

MSP talking about only issuing untrestricted permits only when there is a threat. If not threat, then restricted

At this rate, a veto override will be welcomed... Just my level of disgust right now. This is a farce. The Mommy cucks have got be creaming in their jeans.

Next applicant. Had peace order, but MSP never contacted applicant. Runs into guy often. Is concerned about him. Not a stable person.

Also a volunteer firearm. If working and armed, cannot respond to calls because not armed. Members of the community at risk because he cannot respond.

Applicant asked MSP if he responded to call, would he be within his restrictions to respond.

MSP says there needs to be a request from the fire department.

Everyone missing the point. He is not asking about carrying while fighting fires, he's talking about going to and from the fire.
