I like that Coyote color.
Just enough difference
I like that Coyote color.
My Cain arms ODG..
I forgot that is who I got it from. It works. But, as I said the front moves down when you grip it. The color is really off. Hopefully they fixed that. For the price its perfect.
I have one and it fits perfectly without any movement
Maybe mine is older or not made right. It's a 3D made part. So, it could be an issue for only mine. I'll check it for fit again.
Edit: after checking. There is no lip or any way for mine to not move. If you have average or larger hands. When your squeeze the grip normally. The cain magwell moves downward. It fills the need for <$20. No complaint for that price.
Are glock 20 and glock 21 slides interchangeable? I know the frame is the same but if you had a 45 slide could you put in a 10mm barrel and recoil spring or are the interior dimensions different?

I doubt it. 10 mm is, from the slide and extractor standpoint, a .40.
Thats what i would have thought but it seems like people have done it.

That's how I planned on doing mine. Build a .45, have 2 calibers with a barrel swap.
I did this with a G23 build. Put a 9mm barrel and ejector in it for my girlfriend since she prefers the recoil of a 9 over the 40.
Don't really have to change ejector. Lots of data and comments around from the Glock gurus that it's not necessary. I've done it both ways.
I got my PF45 frame on Friday. Today at the NRA show in Harrisburg JSD Supply was selling completion kits (no frame)for the G20SF and G21SF for $525 included in the kit was a complete factory slide, 2 OEM mags, a cleaning brush, Glock mag loader and a lock. Glock Store wants $500 for just the slide before shipping. I'm not sure whether that's a great price but it sure was convenient. It all came in a plastic GLOCK box so when you're finished with your build you can store it. The guy at the show said if you call them to place an order and mention you saw this deal at the NRA GOAS they will honor the price.
Got the channel liner 99% of the way in with no damage with a Bic pen. Unfortunately it needs to go about 1 millimeter more so that the firing pin sleeve will compress enough for the cover plate to fit. can't get it with any tools I've tried. Guess I should have bought the tool in the first place.

I don’t mind the chatter but feel we need some porn in this mix
