On Target does not handle transfers except for what they sell in the store, so don't bother with there. Call Shooters Discount to see if they accept transfers. Those are the only 2 FFLs that I know of that are doing transfers in 8 days.

It's worth a shot though. Day 44 at freestate is no fun, ESP since I probably have another 30+ days to go... Atleast I can visit.

Shooters Discount will NOT release after 7 days. Lou has been quite clear on this. If you're right though I need to go plant a boot somewhere.

Lou you suck. All the free notaries have been bound up while I'm free. I guess I gotta suck it up and pay someone so I can resubmit my DC paperwork.

Suck it up and wait. I just submitted paperwork for a lower that I won't see until late July/early August.
It's unfortunate, but that's the way it goes.

There's only 4 people at MSP handling 400 transfers a day at any given time.

Until MSP says something explicit to FFLs, the backlog will remain.
