Time for people to start Long Gun Open Carry in Maryland. When that happens, the scales will be tipped. Don't bother replying with BGOS.

No, I mean the remaining states who have some form of G&S. A loss at SCOTUS would have removed G&S from all the remaining may issue states.

Long gun open carry is legal in Maryland but illegal in localities like Baltimore City, where you are most likely to need it. Have to check county/city local laws for legality. There is not MD preemption of local bans.

There is state preemption of local bans . But pre-1985 local laws are Grandfathered .

Video was to provide a backdrop to get support for favorable legislation. That didn't happen. If I didn't have a permit, I would for sure carry a long gun.

Since last month Washington DC no longer requires "good and substantial" reason to apply and get approval to carry a firearm in the District.
Do we know if Maryland will use this precedent to drop ours and become a "Shall Issue" State? Finally????
