The MK25 is wonderful with G10 Hogues
They are definitely thinner than the factory grips in feel and in some specific areas. There is less of a hump on the back and thinner on the sides, especially on the left grip around the decocker and slide release area. I have had to adjust because the...
FN.
DA SA decocker cocked and locked. 15+1 of .45. Lots of options for how you want to carry and shoot it. And the RMR is like cheating. It is very large though. Wish they made and FNX9 Tactical model.
I really bought the FN because it seemed so ridiculous. And because I didn't want to spend...

still need buis
Swapped the BCM grip for a Hogue. The BCM was too thin up top and didn't seem to...
Thanks for the kind comments.
I'm not terribly concerned about buis at the moment. When I am, I'm sure I'll get something high quality. Grain of salt and all that but, In my professional experience from a former life I found the ACOG to be infinitely more durable than some of the supposedly...
Picked up a Black Rain lower from Mark this weekend and by last night it had grown into this:

The P220 fullsize .45 recoil spring and P226 .40 spring are the same part. It was the correct part.
You should be replacing recoil springs around 5k rounds anyway.
Remmington 870, Sig p226 .22 conversion kit, and today I got a Trijicon RMR finally.
I also bought the West German Sig and the FN TAC from Mark. I have added a Hogue stock set, a Hi Viz FO front site, Elzetta light mount, and an old SAW sling to the 870.
Also here is a picture of the...
Yup it's an Arsenal. After I get a chance to see how that new scope mount holds up I plan to do a little write up on everything I have done to it. Hopefully next week.
I'm also a fan of the Elzetta mount.
I never really liked tape switches so I set it up so my thumb can easily reach the activation switch with the pump forward. Either way it you run it it is a great mount.
Last time I was there he had a bbq chicken pizza for me and gave me and a friend an awesome deal on a consignment/transfer situation.
Since I found 2A in June 2010 I have bought 4 guns from him, over 1k in optics, and had him handle 3 transfers between myself and my friends.
Always...
Looks great. I got an A grade from Mark about a year ago. One of my favorite guns. From your pictures I don't think the A grade has much on the B. Of course I have shot mine a lot so it's probably down to at least a B by now.
It is a mythical place indeed. It was nice to meet you today I hope you you enjoy your next visit next week as much when you pick up your new FN. Mark's secret is that he puts secret ingredients in the doughnuts that makes you give him your money.
