      okay better example , walked into the post office to send the mail out and saw a sign , NO GUNS . So I asked , am I allowed . The response was , NO you are not LAW ENFORCEMENT then NO .

      My permit has very few restrictions on it . I am not fool , I just do not want to be somewhere that I should not be . Example ; I saw a sign entering APG that read no weapons . So I asked , does this apply to me ? I have a permit . His response was , we will not arrest you for having it but...
