      Is it legal to buy a complete MP 40 Parts kit with just 1/4 of the receiver cut?

      Just wondering if I can buy a MP 40 complete parts kit everything is with it and the receiver is only cut in half in one place and it's only about 3 inches from the rear. Most I see are cut in 3 places.It also comes with the magazine wich I assume I can't buy from out of state?

      Black Army 1911

      This is the other pistol I picked up at Deb's,Black Army 1911.Don't know much about these except the finish was inferior to the blued ones and parkarized ones.i think kinda rare and the finish on this one is about 75% with the remaining 25% a brownish patina ,still looks good,nice bore grips.
