      Is it true that after three days of not getting an approve or deny from the FBI you can go ahead and buy a gun?

      I am now told that because 30 days had passed I have to wait maybe 7 days for a federal recheck. Wow!

      I understand your concern. It is going on 50+ days for me. I am waiting on court archives to atleast say say they can find nothing. Good luck.
