      Yes and thanks for the clarity. I mean a handgun and it does appear the language in SB1 does not restrict carrying a loaded gun in the car with your W&C just going into establishments without expressed consent is illegal.

      Please clarify if it is still legal to have a loaded firearm in your vehicle after 10/1/23 if you have a W&C for MD. The law seems to say you can carry a loaded gun in your car after 10/1/23 (Start of SB1) if you have a Md W&C, but I have seen in other forums where some people think it will be...
