This and many more debates in our country have no use for reason or rational thought. Those who cling to such things have already lost the arguement.
IMHO
It now looking like the Spirit of Halloween store next door was torched a second time last night...

It was a predictably small show with not a lot in the way of variety but there was a tavor, a ksg, and a few vendors with limit powder there. Better than the last show in Upper Marlboro, in terms of selection but a far cry from the larger shows in the free states.
Mirror a few of the preceding comments, when an individual leaves prison they should be square with the house and have the rights of any other free American. Anything less is nothing more than an excuse to place people who are a danger to society back into society.
I use a media separator with water immediately afterwards to get 90% of pins out.
The remainder will come loose after the brass is dry, with a final pass in through the media separator (without using any water).
Couldn't agree more, that's why mine is attached to the side of my range bag every time I go shooting and on my hip when hiking regardless if I am armed or not.
By memory the forth factory crimping die also includes a post sizer as well.
Not something that should touch a vast majority of your cases when they pass through but it will keep a few rounds from finding thier way to the reject pile.
Personally I liked the results of using it enough to run it...
Thanks for the heads up.
I got my order in last night for the 9mm 115.
It seems that the 1k limit on the first page is outdated but until the order arrives that is speculation on my part.
Scrape the powder off and keep loading, it what I did and it hasn't been an issue.
Just think of it as a nice reminder to empty out reservoirs sitting on your bench in the mean time.
Starline brass has as good reputation with most so you always have a safe bet there.
Mil surplus on the other hand 9 & 7.62(308) can save you some cash up front especially in quantity, but be prepared to put some extra time into them removing the primer crimp.
I have something similar to this design I picked up a few years back and I have had two major issues with the SGS style designs..
While it looks pretty nice when it is mounted, I was lucky to get 200-300 rounds before it had to be removed and cleaning to avoid cycling issues...Not a good...
Boxed or sealed in a plastics bag and tossed into a surplus ammo can with a pack of desiccant. I also check and swap out the desiccant periodically as needed.
A buddy of mine just tosses it into an old footlocker though. Minus a few rounds of 22 it all still goes bang even after 20 years...
The primer pick up tubes will get debris in them from time to time that will cause the problem. A quick hit of compressed air when the tube is empty usually does the trick for me if the primers are starting to hang.
Otherwise I run CCI so almost exclusively on my 650, and I rarely have an...
I usually give them a light crimp mainly because I am running most of my rounds in semi-autos and also because I believe it provides a bit more uniformity to brass pressure on the bullet.
