      It's not that I don't care, I just can't afford it. Trying to be responsible with my budget and all that. The couple of times I was able to go to the range, I enjoyed the hell out of it. I can't wait to go back. But not until work picks up (it's very seasonal) or prices drop a good bit...

      Since I'm new to this arena and only a little familiar with laws outside of MD (and frankly the ones inside MD still baffle me a bit)... Would it take a constitutional amendment to make Carry Permits (concealed or otherwise) a must-issue thing nationwide or could it be done with legislation?
