      Maryland HQL with out of state ID?

      Hello guys, I recently moved to Maryland and took the HQL course; however I haven't been long enough in the state to be eligible for a maryland ID yet. Does anyone know if you can get the Maryland HQL with an out of state ID (currently residing in the state)
