I had no idea they had a range gave them a call today to confirm, she said on the phone it was a 200 yard rifle range is that true?

Thank you all for the input, I'm in Greensboro so I'm smack dab in the middle and Alexander's is close but that membership fee is something! But again guys, thank you so much for the input!
Update!!
I got my active status first thing this morning, so applied 10/2 and active on 10/20. Now to wait for the card and double check my wish list! :shocked4:
UPDATE!
I am officially HQL approved, submitted on 10/2 and approved and Active 10/20 so 18 days for approval, now to wait on my card and start the best part of all, handgun shopping! :party29:
Hey guys, I know there's the link to the shooting ranges in MD, but I wanted to ask locals first, is there any good ranges except Delmarva Sporting Clays? Don't get me wrong I love them and their range, but I don't want to take a 2 hour drive to sight in a muzzleloader or shotgun :sad20:
So glad this thread exists and I was able to get all the input, currently waiting for HQL to finish and then buying my first CZ soon afterward! :fingerscrossed:
When I called the place in my area to do the prints they said it would be about $56.00... I called a buddy of mine who's a local Sheriff's Deputy and he was willing to do it for $5 until he found out it was for the HQL. MSP literally will not except them PERIOD unless you went to a private...
Really good read, I've always thought the wonderful sound of racking a slide or pumping a shotgun was more than enough to let someone know they're in the wrong house. :)
Yeah I figured that was the case, seems like those are getting through loads faster, should have just bit the bullet before 2013 and bought up my 1911.
I'm specifically in Greensboro or North Caroline County, sadly if you're on the Eastern Shore they basically just refer to you as the Eastern Shore with no designation. I've heard tale of a gentleman near Centreville but have yet to find info.
I believe he's referencing their lack of external hammer leading to no ability to disengage the weapon without fully unloading, unlike say a 1911 with an external hammer. Just my opinion!
Did you own a handgun previously or military/police background? I submitted mine one day after you on 10/2 and literally only the DHMH check is complete. I emailed them (in hindsight probably aggravated them) trying to get an idea on average and whether or not the site was worth checking and...
I applied 10/2, I've never owned a handgun before, with no police or military background. So far... nothing, they noted that I paid my fee, and that they checked the DHMH, but it hasn't changed in 12 days. :innocent0 I will update when I receive it.
