Because you want one! Why justify a need?
She didn't justify a need for the Lexus with “I can afford it, I like the comfort, it’s what I wanted and it’s my choice."
Tell her that you'll give her reasons why you need a 30 round mag when she can give a reason why she needs a Lexus.
The paperwork is actually pretty straightforward. If she's never been married before and doesn't have any kids, then I wouldn't bother with a lawyer. I just went through something similar a couple of years ago.
True I haven't been there in a while. Last time I was there they didn't even check my bookbag that has all the mags. They just checked the guns. Same experience with OnTarget.
^^^I've always brought loaded mags to OnTarget and FreeState. Never had an issue. I would never go to a range that doesn't allow loaded mags unless they charge a flat fee.
We have an opening for a NOC Technician. Good job for anyone looking to break into the networking field.

Don't know what kind of programming you want but you can program the 4 buttons at the bottom to whatever distance you want. I usually have mine set to 7, 10, 15, and 25 yards.
For ARs, how would they know if it started out as a pistol or a rifle?
I'm going to do my paperwork tonight. Should I choose "bare receiver" or "pistol" on the form if I want to make an AR pistol.
I vote no. They don't need a gun to off themselves. They can also find a way to obtain a firearm if they really wanted to commit a crime just like every other criminal out there.
I bought my dad glock 21 mags and spacers for his glock 30 from glockstore.com. I haven't heard a complaint from him but then he's the kind to not really give a damn if it wobbles. He's just happy he got some higher capacity magazines.
If he can't shoot a regulated rifle at a range without supervision because he's under 21, would they really allow him to shoot an HBAR AR-15 on his own? An unregulated HBAR looks just like a regulated AR.
