      5.56 can run at higher pressure so that usually equates to higher velocity. Higher velocity usually means less drop at distance which is a plus if you actually shoot at distance. Downside, in theory, is that higher velocity rounds might wear out your barrel faster, maybe? A lot depends on...

      Any 3 Gun matches Sept 6/7 or 13/14?

      There is a "gallery" 3 Gun match at AAFG in Annapolis on 9/13 ... They only use pistol caliber carbines (9mm AR's etc) or 22LR for rifles due to range rules.
