when I click on print application it shows under restrictions “None (MD Only)(Not Valid Where Firearms Are Prohibited By Law)”
what does the MD Only mean?
Are the bolts coated in Nickle Boron or chromed? Sometimes they won't headspace on a tight but in spec chamber which could be why your other bolt headspaced.
I just got back from a trip off roading in the George Washington National Forest and I used the forest service maps and Delorme paper maps along with my phone. I don't have a gps unit except for the ability of my phone which was very spotty in the mountains. Not sure where you're going or...
It sounds like you want to replace a normal non free floated handguard with a free floated handguard.
To do this you will need to take the barrel nut off because most free float handguards come with their own proprietary barrel nut that the handguard secures to. Depending on the gas block...
I don't know the application you need these for but I have a pair of these and they work pretty well for most things. I'm pretty sure they would hold a barrel pretty tight.

JD Defense is in Georgetown DE, its a small family owned range and usually empty. It's a good place to take kids to teach them about shooting. 18140 County Seat Hwy, 19947. My daughter lives in Fenwick and I took her there to teach her about guns and shooting.
Yup H & R. I have two that belonged to my grandmother and great aunt. They were usually 32 cal but some did come in 38 cal. One says American Bull Dog on the barrel, the other says The American Double Action on the top of the frame.
Steel chains are allowed to attach the target. As much as you think you won't hit the attachment point you always do. Nothing worse than having your target fall right after the range goes hot. 30min of waiting to rehang your target or shooting at rocks on the berm, lol.
I use regular saw horse brackets and 2x4's, with a bolt and wingnut through the brackets and top 2x4. They are sturdy when in use and fold up when done. The whole thing is 41/2ft long when folded up. I did add 2 eyescrews to the bottom front legs to drive a metal stake into the ground to hold...
ETA: I have a Toyota Tacoma so no trunk but I have been thinking about keeping a pistol grip shotgun in it. Since we seem to be in the summer of love with all the BLM nonsense and cop killings.
I just bought a Tacoma, live in Baltimore and have been thinking the same thing. Where are you...
Also Carney Rod and Gun Club in Baltimore County. Wed nights is public trap and I think I paid $5 per round last time there but can't remember exactly.
Last year I was signing up for a Rapid Gate pass at Bethesda Naval Base and they wanted two picture IDs. They let me use my HQL. I ended up having a conversation with a guard there about the horrible laws in MD.
I have a Primary Arms 1x6 with the ACSS reticle on an ar15 and love it. I just use it for range time but thought it might be pretty good for small game hunting if the occasion arose.
It seems to be very solid and I haven't had any issues with the glass or holding zero.
A couple of years ago I got prescription sunglasses from Simplyeyeglasses.com and they have been pretty good. They are wrap around Ray Bans.
I think they have protective glasses as well and can choose the tint if needed.
They ended up being about $200 all said and done with prescription...
