      A couple of you said you've found bricks of Thunderbolt, but from what I've read, my Marlin might not take too kindly to that ammo. Anyone have any experience running Thunderbolt through a Marlin 795?

      Do you plan to get your HQL?

      I don't plan on getting an HQL. I got my Glock23 and an AR lower just before 10/1, so I was set for a while, but I started to get an itch for a .22.       I was curious about this, too. I just picked up my handgun on 9/14. Could I purchase a lower even if I have to wait until after 10/1 to pick it up? Or is it too late to purchase a soon-to-be-banned weapon?

      So I called MSP today and they said they're processing apps from May 18th, but my 5/14 purchase, which was faxed to them same day, has not been reviewed yet. They said it's in the system, but not in their records database or whatever yet (apparently they use two databases). I'm new to all this...

      Feels like it's been stuck at 5/3; 4/23 for a long time. Kinda related question: I have an extremely common name. Am I almost guaranteed to go right into secondary review? If so, this doesn't really make sense to me, as they have my SS# so why do checks by name?
