      When HQL expires...

      Does anyone know or care to speculate what happens if a person fails to renew their HQL? Do you lose your right to purchase more guns or do you then need to surrender guns purchased with an HQL? SB 281 does not seem to mention this, or I couldn't find it in that scribbled up POC!

      Say you go buy a handgun now at a shop that is releasing after 8 days. You pick up your gun before 10/1. Since background is taking approximately 100 days, your ND would arrive after 10/1. Do you have to get an HQL/fingerprinted?
