I saw some answers that brush against an answer but am still confused. I own a handgun and took the online course before Oct, 1 2013. Do I now need to go to an instructor and go through all that proficiency stuff now in order to obtain another handgun or my ownership and use before Oct 1 2013...
As Oct 1 looms, no fingerprint advisement has been given to the FFL's. Is this correct? Just asking.
I understand the NRA has been rattling the cage quite a bit here in Md. Good. Donate heavily.
So I am abiding by all of todays laws. When the bill is signed, and goes into effect Oct.1, what do I do with my AK? I also have mags that were legally brought in that will be banned on Oct1. Is this the 'proof' of date of purchase thing I'm seeing in the threads? My stuff will be grandfathered?
Having been a Scout leader for a number of years, I found some companies food can be awful while others you'd want to eat even when your not out camping. With all the asteroid, nuke, bad storms, power outages etc, talk going on, it makes one scour the internet for long term storable food buys...
I have an AK47 pistol I am quite interested in, brand new. Anyone know if that is unallowable in MD?
