      barrel length

      I'm feeling pretty stupid tonight. I know I've read it over a hundred times, but what is the minimum barrel length in MD? And is that before or after a flash suppressor?

      Maybe I am ignorant, but what is high capacity ammunition? I just got a response from Barbara Mikulski for a letter I wrote to her.
