      My FFL told me the same that people are getting "passed over" meaning that they apps were in on Feb 27 and they were working on Mar 5. I doubt they are getting "passed over", they are probably just sitting in another pile going to another step.

      Don't ever be afraid. That's what they want. You need to call. Believe me they are not going to remember who you are. I just bought my ak47 and plan on calling once a week. I don't care if I bother them or not. Don't create such a dumb system and I won't bother you. just saying.

      The Goverment ALWAYS has money to burn before fiscal/budget reset time is close. I'll say it again, They ALWAYS have money to spend. It's part of how the budget system was created in the 60's. Use it or loose it. And when you use it, use it all, and request more so you can get an increase next...
