Any idea how Frederick County came to be a part of the "capital region"? I thought only the counties adjacent to D.C. would be part of the capital region.

I know the lucky folks in MD, Region A can carry while bow hunting in case a bear gets to close for comfort. But what happened to the support for archers in Region B, where Bear hunting is now allowed by lottery?
If the state found enough bear to warrant a bear season, doesn't it make sense...
