Thank you for taking the time to help.
And thanks to everyone who replied to this thread and offered all of the great advice.
I will heed the warnings and not try to shoot them out of my trusty Charter Arms Pit Bull.
I will sell them by the box, down the road, as a rare opportunity to own a...
It might be four cases, so I'm sure I'm a grand into it (at least).
Tossing them would be a hard pill to swallow, but one that might have to happen.
I was so hoping that someone would suggest something easy like weighing each round :lol2:
I don't want to dispose....lol. I'm going to try and recoup what I can down the road, even if it's just for reloading parts.
Maybe I can buy the wife Red Lobster before they go under. :D
Zinc Point Manufacturing out of Texas. Plenty of YouTube videos on them.
I'm not equipped to do all of the pulling and disassembly. Maybe the next ammo crisis will allow me to be up front and honest. Someone may want it down the road?
I learned a lesson about buying ammo from a new startup...
I have zero background in reloading, so forgive me for a dumb question.
A couple years ago, I bought a few cases of 9mm ammo (3,000 rounds). Shortly after the purchase, I started to see videos about semi-auto pistols exploding in people's hands and many damaged weapons. The company took quite...
After calling MSP this morning, and experiencing a 40 minute hold, I was advised that the only way to update your physical address is by email only.
I sent an email to MSP in hopes that everything goes smoothly.
Hello all,
I'm moving to Virginia to enjoy freedom while Virginia still has a little left.
How do I update my address for the wear and carry? When I go into the MSP online licensing portal and into my account, it lets me edit my driver's license number and some phone numbers. I do not see a...
S&S did a great job on my buddy's wore out H&R .22LR pistol. Extremely fair pricing and great work. The firearm was a worn out disaster and they saved it.
I've been a long time SG customer. That's all changed after the attempt at creating a panic with the drama filled email blasts.
I've been buying elsewhere.
Thanks. I had the two magazines, the round device which must be the charging handle protector, and the installed chamber flag. I didn't see a choke tool, but that doesn't bother me too much, as I only shoot 00 buck.
I'm really impressed with the quality of this shotgun. It's heavy, but seems to be of pretty good quality. I went back to buy a second, but it's sold out.
In the box, it came with two mags and some sort of round plastic piece. Dumb question, but what is that for?
Your timing is perfect. I was finally able to shoot the Pathfinder earlier today for the first time. I was using Norma Tac-22 and my experience was exactly like yours, it was consistently about 2" too high.
I'm going to take the advice from this thread and move the rear sight and try again...
Thanks for posting this. I have 4 or 5 in a large safe, but can always justify having a few more on hand.
My only advice to everyone is to monitor them when you are renewing them (plugging them in). They get warm and I’ve seen several posts on Amazon relating to fires. Just be careful with them...
