Does anyone have an email for the chairman or are we stuck using the general email from the website?
Also, is anyone here one of the 300 or so who requested the board and has never heard from them? I am coming up on about 2 years and have heard nothing and emails and calls prove fruitless...
If you are part of the exempted group then the cost of being denied has not changed.......
If you are not exempt you have to pay a bit more to be told no.
Either way the result is the same. Sucks like that...
How long?
How long did it take to get a hearing. I asked for one over a year ago and have yet to hear from them. Inquiries (some time ago) led to the response that they are backed up. I about gave up on them and then I saw this and thought I would ask.
Not sure the legal definition as opposes to possess meaning to have as one's own, to own.
Seems to me if the owner is there and allowing use while the owner is there you technically do not possess (like with those under 18) but the chance is not worth it considering the penalty.
