      Help with M1A rebuild (Barrel Headspace and Timing)

      AR Pistol 45ACP

      Over the past couple years i have really acquired an interest in pistol caliber carbines and AR Pistols in 9mm and 45acp. I would like to gain some feedback from anyone regarding their experiences with AR 45acp. I am interested in hearing what buffer and spring combo has worked the best for 45.
