      This thread reminded me that I sent in my application back in early February (I actually forgot all about it for a while). My card was charged on February 17th, and I haven't heard anything since. I had my license some years ago but let it lapse. Back then it took maybe 2 months from submission...

      First C&R Purchase - Bittersweet???

      The '90 CZ82 I got from SOG last fall was almost pristine. I was expecting to have to refinish it, but I am very happy with it. Of course, it was only $200 back then, which didn't hurt. I still might get some nice grips for it, though.

      I'm awaiting a reply from Somerset County Sheriff Jones. Truthfully, I suspect he won't respond. There are rumors that he is fond of the bottle and is said to be something of a "good ol' boy" sort of sheriff.
