      Thanks for all the replies. Sorry to take so long to get back but I've been away from the internet for a couple days. The buyer does not have his C&R. It appears MD law would prohibit me from selling it. Guess I'll just have to send him to my LGS.

      Hi..I Looked for for this but couldn't seen to find it so I'll ask here. I have a C&R license and would like to sell a long gun to someone who lives in another state. Do I have to go through an FFL or can I do a face to face sale? Thanks. -Matt

      OK I really hate those guys at Classic right now. First the price drop and free shipping on the Yugo Tok and now this for the Mosin. They're making me spend too much money.

      Got my C&R yesterday...pretty much 2 1/2 weeks after I mailed the paperwork. A lot sooner than I expected. I'll be picking up a Tokarev very shortly, after that I'm looking for other suggestions. I'd really like to get some Polish weapons. Can anyone offer some recommendations in that area? -MJ
