      Handguns inherited from parent out of state, how to make legal?

      My dad passed away 2 years ago. My mom gave me two handguns that belonged to my father, both are legal in MD, however my father did not explicitly will these to me ( or anyone ). How would I legally register these? Do I need some notarized paperwork from my mom?

      Why so much hate for nutnfancy? His "run'n'gun" is a great way to train and to test the many guns he reviews. I think he is a great reviewer and his videos are always detailed and concise.

      Ballester Molina

      Does anyone have any experience with the Argentine Ballester Molina? From what I have read it is a 1911 clone from the 30s-40s. What is the collectability of this gun? I found out about it on Sarco's website but they don't sell to us Marylanders so I'm looking on gunbroker.

      I called SARCO this morning and confirmed they do not ship firearms at all to Maryland. I asked why and was just told it is their policy. I told the gentleman that it is unfortunate that I have to spend my money elsewhere.

      Would having aspergers prevent someone from buying a handgun?

      Thank you for all the responses. I wish my friend could meet some of you aspies. His mom treats him like he is 5 years old even though he is 28 and has him believing he can't amount to anything or take care of himself. I see how smart he is and I know he is capable of doing whatever he wants to do.

      Phoenix Arms HP22?

      I think Phoenix Arms fixed the problems people had with the frame cracking. They warranty their guns with a lifetime warranty. Ive read some people that have 5000+ rounds through these guns with no problems.
