      I don't want to publicly go into to much detail, but it has to do with the dreaded ERPO and MSP being their typical selves. I have 2 regulated firearms that were purchased prior to 2013 and want to find paperwork to help my case.

      Well you can't go wrong with a Hbar AR15, you can always buy a different barrel later. I am sure you can ask the state police or just go ahead and send the application in and see if they deny or approve you.
