      Nothing really except that you can order it direct threaded for your preferred optic with built in recoil lugs. I prefer this far over a plate option.

      Thanks everyone for the input and I actually do agree with the sentiments of KISS. I have run many a defensive handgun course and with a p365 (uncomped, stock recoil and stock trigger) so I will revert if this causes me any issues. I am def not the first to try this setup but will report back...

      Will take your opinion into account. I have a p365 in a more traditional configuration as well. The PMM is highly regarded, but I have yet to run through any courses with this setup to finalize my decision.

      Just got mine in....kind of ticked. Slide is marked on the ticket as "GI repro." What the hell does that mean. Riding on a colt frame I believe 1945.
