Any way for MD resident to take an AR-15 into DE?

    If it were not legal in PA (and good in DE) and you took a circuitous route from MD thru PA to DE FOPA would apply there.

    Definitely a big NO! read hb450 it includes usage restrictions basically unless you are at your house or a range it must be in a locked case.
