      Yes, Shultz was LW; you can see the gull collar tabs of his rank insignia in that pic. The LW was in charge of the prison camps for enemy pilots and aircrew, such as Col. Hogan. I'm not sure why Lebeau would have been there. All the troops shown in the all the pictures of this thread...
