      WWI(?) Rifle

I’ll definitely have to take a look at the wood a bit better. I really appreciate the help. I guess I can still have fantasies about it being carried on Guadalcanal haha.

      WWI(?) Rifle

Hi all, Picked this up recently and being that a lot of us are stuck at home I thought it would be cool to share some pics and possibly learn from each other about these old war horses. I’m pretty novice when it comes to these. I was under the impression that it was “WWI” with the 1918 barrel...

      Private sale of AR15

I appreciate you clarifying. Obviously I had not known this before. Thanks for the help.

      Private sale of AR15

From what I understand, due to the fact that a stripped lower is a regulated firearm, one would have to do a transfer at an FFL. The lower being part of a 77R is registered to the original purchaser. Just because it’s built into a rifle doesn’t make it a cash and carry rifle in the situation...

      Pawn shop Garand ID

Would have loved to see what military items he brought in.

      PSA ak74

As stated, Field Traders in Pasadena will take care of you for that.

Vietnam captured, RC K98 and Don McQuinn

That is an awesome piece! Love the bringback stuff. Especially Vietnam bringbacks. I don’t mean to sound disrespectful, but did you plan on holding onto it or potentially selling it?

      WWII Steel

Now those are a rare sight! SVT40 bayonets, right?

      WWII Steel

Awesome pieces. I have to get a 1917 bayonet next.

      WWII Steel

Picked this up not too long ago. Figured you all might appreciate it as much as I do. Would love to see other examples you all may have. This is the best US bayonet I’ve personally had in my possession. Now I just need to get something to put it on.

      Timonium Gun Show January 9th & 10th 2021

I’m glad to see that the show was able to take place. Hopefully the Antique Arms Show will be happening as well.

      Long gun shipping and registration?

No problem dude. Hope you do well with your CMP purchase!

      Long gun shipping and registration?

I normally go out to Delmarva Sporting Clays on the Eastern Shore. It’s a nice range that’s affordable priced with steel targets.

      Long gun shipping and registration?

Long guns don’t need to be registered with MSP so don’t worry about that. The CMP is actually able to ship right to your door. I’m in AA County too. Glad to see another local Garand enthusiast!

      AR-15 restrictions...

ComBloc is correct. Piston driven upper ARs are not required to have HBARs as they are not “parts interchangeable” with an AR15. Wolf actually makes a really cool T91 upper that is piston driven.
