This thread reminded me that I sent in my application back in early February (I actually forgot all about it for a while). My card was charged on February 17th, and I haven't heard anything since.
I had my license some years ago but let it lapse. Back then it took maybe 2 months from submission...
I probably wouldn't have built one when I did if not for the FSA2013.

I'm glad to see this is going forward. This is one of the few things that give me a tiny bit of hope for the future of the state. Or maybe not, we'll see.
The '90 CZ82 I got from SOG last fall was almost pristine. I was expecting to have to refinish it, but I am very happy with it. Of course, it was only $200 back then, which didn't hurt.
I still might get some nice grips for it, though.
This whole process has been disgusting, and if the fricking government won't abide by their own rules why the hell should I abide by their rules?
