      Register boat without title

      Stop in at a DNR office or at the MVA. Bel Air has on at the MVA. Talk to them about it. Take the hull number if it has one and any other info on it. They helped me greatly in the past on something similar.

      So, if I purchase a handgun online or from another individual, it has to be transferred to MD through an ffl who will charge a transfer fee If I purchase a handgun, in MD from XXX gun shop, there should be no transfer fee + $10 MSP for both
